    This recipe is very versatile and again, hits the comfort food list. It’s very low in carbs, as we add no fillers to the stuffing. Try this with zucchini, bell peppers, summer squash, tomatoes, or even butternut squash. You can adapt this to cut a lot of the fat by using turkey sausage and ground turkey.
