- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ tsp. Himalayan sea salt
- 3-4 Tbsp. of sweetener (or organic coconut palm sugar)
- 5 cups of water (more or less depending on how strong you would like it to be)
- Mix in blender, then pour into hydration bottles.
