Lemon Roasted Asparagus
Serves: 2 servings
  • ½ bunch thin asparagus stalks
  • 1 tsp. Branch & Vine Picual extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Toss asparagus with olive oil and place on sheet pan.
  3. Salt sparingly and pepper generously.
  4. Roast for 5 -8 minutes or until tender crisp.
  5. Add lemon and zest.
  6. Toss and serve.
