Honey Bourbon Meatballs

This recipe is a My Chef Nancy client favorite! This is the first time publishing my husband George’s signature recipe. Thanks, George! This is the smell your guests will love as they enter your home.

Honey Bourbon Meatballs
Recipe type: Appetizer
  • 5 lbs. homemade or frozen cooked meatballs (1/2-3/4 ounce each)
  • 2 cups barbeque sauce, your
  • favorite kind
  • 1½ cups bourbon
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  1. Combine all sauce ingredients.
  2. Place cooked meatballs in crock pot and cover with sauce ingredients.
  3. Turn on low for 12 hours or high for 6-8 hours.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. For easy service, provide long skewers so your guests can dip right into the crock pot or chafer.
