The American Goddess Dressing

Starting with the basics, we introduce the American Goddess. This is my base dressing which has highlights of basil and chives. Feel free to use other fresh herbs you have on hand. We are serving it on a Cobb Salad. The combination is a great start!
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ cup fresh flat leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh herbs (basil, tarragon, chives, thyme, whatever you like)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. If you do not have a blender, mash all ingredients together.
