Vino y Tapas: Discovering Tastes in Food and Wine will be held at Tyrone Depot on Saturday, November 13th at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person.
Sommelier Scott Ross has selected a dozen wines from around the world to sample along with epicurean delights prepared by Chef Matt Preble of Professional Touch Catering. Live music will be performed by local favorite Tom Watts.
Menu items include an elegant display of tropical fruits; domestic and imported cheeses; baked brie en croute; shrimp campeche cocktail bowl; stuffed mushrooms bienville; hibachi beef skewers; smoked chicken cornucopia quesadillas; spanicopita; and assorted dessert bites.
