As women, we are always in the flow of forward movement, juggling many tasks at the same time and surprisingly doing it quite effectively. The downside to that is burnout, frustration, and no time left for you. It’s time to take a break, delegate, and stay in your lane of life.
Too many times we are doing things we don’t do well and our time could be better utilized in other ways. Sometimes we need to learn the art of saying NO! We can’t be all things to all people in our life all the time; that’s the role for God.
Today, stop and reflect on what you enjoy doing most. Find that thing you want to do that puts a smile on your face and you would be willing to do for free. Then begin to do that very thing as often as you can.
Your passion and purpose are directly tied to the thing you would you do for free. So take an afternoon off and begin the journey of finding out what drives you to a sense of purpose, fulfillment, and joy.
