Reboot Morning Smoothie
Time to reboot our breakfast with this quick, filling and satisfying smoothie.
- 1 apple, cut in chunks, peel left intact
- 1 banana
- 1 large handful of greens (kale, spinach, chard, whatever you have)
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder (I use unflavored whey protein)
- 1 cup milk (I enjoy this with almond milk)
- Place in blender and blend until smooth.
