For Elaine Powers, owning a company means having the ability to ensure every service call is as good as it should be and every customer is treated well. Since she’s lived in Fayette County for most of her life, she believes it’s just the right thing to do.
“We knew exactly how we wanted to operate from the beginning,” says Elaine. “We like to help people, to make things right, and do a good job. And we’ve always believed in giving back to the community.”
“Our daughter works for us full-time and our son takes leave from his business in Tennessee to help when needed,” she explains, “but all of our employees are family to us. I know a lot of companies say that but, for us, it’s true.”
