Bloom’s upcoming “Frocks & Rocks” ladies charity fashion show will ease the transition to fall fashion while providing local ladies the opportunity to support The Bloom Closet, a free clothing boutique for foster children in Georgia.
Sponsored by Fayette Woman Magazine and SMC3, the ladies-only event is Sunday, Sept. 21, from 1-4 pm in the ballroom at Flat Creek Country Club, 100 Flat Creek Rd., Peachtree City. Admission to the event includes hors d’oeuvres and drinks provided by Due South, dessert from Mya’s Cake Creations, and a 30+ outfit runway show featuring fall and holiday fashion for teens and ladies.
Frocks & Rocks is hosted by local celebrity Stephen Walker. The main Runway Show will feature the latest fashions from local gems such as:
- Lizard Thicket
- Darling Divas
- Pink Chair
- Fancy & Funky
- Tribal Chick
Guest can also look forward to bidding on accessories such as hats, scarves and purses during the Live Accessory Auction, and shopping at the colorful Jewelry Bar, which consists of jewelry pieces donated by local boutiques.
In addition, there will be a assortment of “Best of Beauty” baskets up for raffle, all of which have been generously donated from local salons, spas, and home-based businesses in the Fayette County area.
Guests can purchase tickets for $40 each, or $350 for a table of 10, online at www.bloomouryouth.org/events/frocks-rocks. Tickets must be purchased by September 8, 2014. Ladies only.
